Menu: Week of 5/30/16

I'm back from two weeks of of course I'm back on my menu planning game. Sort of. Fast and easy is the name of the game! 

Crockpot Pork Shoulder

BBQ Chicken Thighs (I made three packages, ~3 lbs, so we have plenty of leftovers)

Turkey Meatballs

Bunless burgers

Seriously, that's it! I might make something more exciting later in the week, but it seems highly unlikely with my current motivation level. Pork shoulder and chicken is already cooked and the meatballs and burgers are super fast and easy to make.
