Menu: Week of 3/7/16

There's going to be a lot of cooking large quantities of things and eating them multiple times for both lunch and dinner this week. JRW has lots going on and won't be home for dinner at least two nights, and I have two nights where I am at clinical until late. Time to make good use of the Instant Pot/slow cooker!! 

Pulled pork (for tacos + leftovers)

Slow cooker bolognese with sweet potato noodles

Sriracha and Lime Chicken (I think I'll put this in the instant pot with 1 cup of chicken broth instead of cooking it in a skillet)

Balsamic Chicken and Sausage
