I'm a Nurse Practitioner, endurance athlete, and all around health nerd. I have over 9 years of clinical experience helping athletes and active people who are cranky and feel like crap heal their body and get back to living the active lives they love. The truth is that we DO understand what causes us to go from being happy and healthy to cranky and tired. 

Even though I appeared healthy from the outside, I struggled with insomnia, fatigue, brain fog, hormonal imbalances, and just general crankiness. I wanted to train harder to improve my performance, but when easy workouts suddenly took days to recover from, that just wasn’t possible.

Now things are back in balance.

My symptoms rarely make an appearance.

My diet is right for me, and I enjoy training and living my life! I want that for you too.
