Hey there! I’m Martha, The Renegade NP. I run these parts.

I’m a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Alaska girl, endurance athlete, and nutrition nerd with a tendency towards sarcasm. I love puppies, chocolate, and the mountains.

My approach is holistic and I steer clear of putting bandaids on symptoms. I look at how all the systems in your body and all areas of your life are connected. Total wellness and long-term health is achieved by combining food, movement, and self-care practices in a way that fits into your life.

With over 9 years of clinical experience I apply what I learned from healing my own body to help others heal theirs. Most of all, I am not your guru. My goal is to help educate and empower you to make your own decisions about your health. I don’t even know you, how could I possibly tell you what is best for you?
